Trouble-free shipping from New Hampshire directly to prop storage at Global Finals! You’ll just need to bring your well-packaged props, with a copy of the DI-provided Prop Shipment Labels affixed to each container, to M&S Logistics at 33 Raymond Road, Candia, NH 03034.
- All props must arrive boxed/crated and ready for transport.
- Teams are strongly encouraged to label all props on at least three sides of each shipping package/container. This will help to ensure everything reaches its final destination together.
- Shipping is one-way only. We cannot provide return shipping from Kansas City to New Hampshire.
Props may be dropped off from Monday, May 12th through Friday, May 16th between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Delivery At Kansas City is planned for Tuesday morning, May 21st.
You must reserve your spot by placing an order no later than Friday, May 2nd, and your payment must be received by Friday, May 9th to secure your space on the truck.
If you have very large props, you might need two spots on the truck. The limit for a single slot on the NH-DI Prop Truck is the equivalent of 3 pallet loads that each measure 4ft x 4ft x 4ft, or 192 cubic feet. It shouldn’t be a problem to have a prop that’s longer than 4ft, as long as you don’t exceed this limit on the total volume of your shipment. But please note that in order to move your props from prop storage at Global Finals to your presentation site, you must be prepared to fit the props into an elevator that measures 83in x 60in x 7.5ft high.
